The surface of the floor is treated so that when water is present the grip on your feet increases. As your foot presses down on the floor of the recess it sinks into the slip resistant heavy duty vinyl and foam underlays. These 2 features create a high slip resistant coefficient. These have the added advantage particuliarly in shared facilities over matts in that they do not trap soap and hairs etc. They do not crease and fold potentially causing another trip point. Safety Shower Floors can be installed, retrofitted, into existing bathrooms or new homes. Ideal for ederly, disabled and children.
